Students study the course material (textbook or online PDF) at their own pace and then complete the necessary homework/quiz assignments followed by a proctored, closed-book exam. If required, course exams are administered on the last day of the class and are graded and reviewed by the instructor. Instructor led classroom sessions that present all of the required hours for the course in the classroom. Students must complete a proctored, closed-book exam to receive 30-hours of credit with the Texas Real Estate Commission. A dynamic course composed of independent study and an instructor-led classroom lecture held over two days (or four evenings).
